Good security, effective self-check-in system, convenient for ferry access

Room areas showing signs of wear!!! Maintenance clearly lacking with exposed ceilings!!! Cleanliness must improve, especially in managing odors and keeping doors secure!!!

The location is ideal for quick access post-ferry, especially for travelers just passing through. Breakfast options were decent, providing a good start before hitting the road.

The room condition left much to be desired. areas of the ceiling showed signs of neglect and dust was an uninvited guest from the heating system whenever it was turned on. I experienced unpleasant odors and insufficient cleanliness, including used cups scattered around the room. On top of that, the automated check-in was less than smooth, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration before getting into the room.

Very close and convenient having arrived by ferry. The room design is great with a huge double bed and extra single beds. The air-conditioning works well for a warm night, and the self-check-in process was smooth. We enjoyed our stay without feeling cramped.

Basic comfort, nice breakfast

After a long day of travel, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise, featuring freshly baked items and delicious coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added a nice touch.

My room had a noticeable musty odor, and I felt a bit uneasy when I discovered the room door was left open after housekeeping. This really impacted my sense of security.

Clean, but smoky room

The family room had a fantastic design, accommodating four people without feeling cramped, and the air-conditioning worked well despite some noise. Automated check-in was efficient, and there was ample parking available. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff repeatedly left the room door open, raising security concerns. a lingering unpleasant smell detracted from the overall experience. While the room was clean and the location convenient with nearby shopping, better attention to security and odor control would improve the stay.

I had a comfortable night's sleep and appreciated the automated check-in process, but the room was a bit noisy with thin walls. I probably won't stay here again.

Very nice modern place. Room was spacious with big comfy bed. Had a great shower with good water pressure. All the essentials were there like towels, toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. Heating was good, and the soundproofing worked well too. For breakfast, the scrambled eggs were tasty. Would stay again!
